CS 5 is a new compact and mobile Changing Station that allows the users to easily move the cabinet inside the animal room along the cage racks for animal transfer operation providing protection for animals, operators and environment.

The CS 5 is ergonomically designed for a maximum user comfort thanks to the height adjustable lift system and optimizes efficiency for cage changing procedure with 360° open access. CS 5 provides a large work area for one or two operators and maximum visibility into cabinet work zone.

• External surface: epoxy-painted stainless steel
• Internal working chamber: completely built in AISI 304 stainless steel
• Viewscreen in safety glass: to allow good visibility inside the work cabinet and reduce glare
• Working area: a spacious interior improves the cabinet's functionality 
• Microprocessor: the motor-blowers are provided with a microprocessor control system which automatically controls the velocity of the laminar air flow and of the air curtain and constantly monitors the working conditions of the cabinet. 
• The Alarms: An acoustic and optical alarm system indicates the alarm conditions 
• Pre-filters: two "G4" pre-filters prolonging HEPA filter life 
• HEPA-Filters: two HEPA-filters, Class H14 (EN 1822) - DOP tested 
• Low noise level 59 dB(A): an innovative design of the plenum reduces the noise and obtains a good distribution of the Laminar Air Flow
• External Fluorescent Lamps: Side lights to give full visibility to the user 
• Electrical Power Socket: available in several different standards
