Cabinet washers Series 600 and 700

 

These highly flexible machines are totally manfactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and are well suited to a wide range of applications. They provide the highest level of cleansing in situations such as processing of stainless steel of plastic baskets, moulds, containers, instruments, trays, bottles and many other items. The powerful centrifugal wash pumps deliver over one thousand litres of water per minute through 20 purpose designed oscillating arms resulting in a short and effective 3 minute working cycle. The innovative spray pattern ensures full and constant coverage of the wash chamber via 124 dedicated wash and rinse jets.

 

Complementary to the compact 600 series model, there is the 700 series machine, a higher chamber cabinet washer extremely well suited to processing large container and boxes (useable interior height 850 mm).

Designed specifically to meet the throughput needs of medium to large size facilities, this machine will meet your highest expectations. Finely rounded smooth cabinet work, full sound of proof insulation, double glazed inspection windows, vibration free adjustable feet, fine mesh filters and individual manufacture - all emphasise our constant commitment to product quality.

 

Nearly 1 tonne of water per minute - at 3 bar pressure - is pumped right into the heart of the load. Unlike less innovative systems, adoption of our 90° oscillation spray patterns ensures that all this energy is released at load level from every possible angle thereby maximising cleaning efficiency. The 140 wash and 80 rinse nozzles, make sure complete coverage of the load is guaranteed. As a result, you can expect outstanding cleaning performance, 10 cycles per hour and 80% saving on energy and chemical costs compared to major competitors.

 

Special features

• Fogging: This machine not only washes and dries, it can also double as a fogging chamber when fitted with a free steam atomiser circuit nebulising fine particles of surface disinfectant and compressed air within the wash chamber
• Thermal disinfection: Temperature validation is becoming an increasingly important criteria for regulatory bodies. Thanks to the unique air tight inflating door gasket all full heat insulation, the 900 series is the first and only rack washer to provide this option.
• Hydrogen peroxide facility: under barrier bio-containment conditions this rack washer offers another unique feature: the air-tight wash chamber can be used periodically as an H2O2 air lock to decontaminate heat-sensitive equipment (e.g. computers, laminar flow benches, ventilation units, etc.).
