Crates

 

Basket supporting objects being washed and bottles being filled are the guarantee of an outstanding washing result.

 

Made of AISI 316 stainless steel high quality wire-work with horizontal slid in separate lid, for safe bottle overturn, and low friction plastic feet, for emptying, washing and filling Tecniplast water bottles. Having a uniform modular dimension, with a capacity of either 24 or 10 bottles, the full range of bottle sizes can be handeled, utilising a single washer or filler (series 100). In conjunction only with the in-line washing and filling station (code 9WEF01), there are "narrow" crates, featuring 18 bottle spots and a new pop-down restraining lid. Stackable, light and friendly overturn during in-line operation, they allow 36 bottle load per each wash / fill cycle.

 

 

Bottle cap baskets  9LBCC64

Purpose designed to support sipper tube caps in an upright position, complete with slid-in lid to prevent tilting during wash / handling. Ideal for individual washing through the orifice of Tecniplast Sealsafe bottle caps (64 units per load).

 

 

Universal baskets  9LBCA000

Wire mesh basket complete with hinged top to accommodate randomly any small size accessory or ancillary used in a facility such as hoppers, lids, dividers, reusable enrichment and so on. To be used in conjunction with IWT 100 series bottle washer and 600 series cabinet washer.

Transport trolleys are becoming key accessories to provide a suitable logistic solution to your facility requirements. It is becoming critical to introduce more user friendly and ergonomic units whilst maintaining a satisfactory level of loading capacity.

 

Crate trolleys

Autoclavable stainless steel tubular frame featuring the unique drawer design. This allows to pull out crates and pick up bottles with no risk of tilting over. Runners have built in a special nylon coating to reduce friction and allows smooth operation during push and pull. Complete with 4 pivoting casters, two of which are braked. Available for both 24 and 18 bottle crate design, with 4 and 5 different layers depending upon bottle crate configuration.

 

 

Universal trolley

Autoclavable stainless steel tubular frame complete with 3 adjustable solid shelves. Suitable for any type of load, it is ideal for multi-transportation in small facilities. Complete with 4 pivoting casters, two of which are braked.
